Since the 1970s, women have made up only 3% of trade professionals. As a plumber for Local Union 1 in NYC, Judaline Cassidy wanted to change that. With a passion for her profession and building America, Judaline spreads love and confidence to young girls, introducing them to exciting opportunities in the trades and showing them that jobs have no gender. Her non-profit organization, Tools & Tiaras, gives children power to be leaders in whatever they choose to do.
