Sliding Into a New Home

At some point this year, we realized the old walls were closing in. Not metaphorically. Literally.

So we opened a brand-new fulfillment center in Dayton, New Jersey, and it’s a beast—in the best way. More square footage. More racking. More room for the stuff you actually need when you need it, not three days after the job’s already moved on.

This isn’t about expansion for expansion’s sake. It’s about speed. It’s about reliability. It’s about fewer “sorry, we’re out of stock” moments and more boxes landing exactly where they’re supposed to, exactly when they’re supposed to.

The Dayton FC is officially up, humming, and doing the heavy lifting that makes everything else possible.

We’re Bringing Back Blogs

We brought the blog back. And not in a “corporate content calendar” kind of way.

You’ll find deep dives and pro tips that don’t waste your time.

$50,000 for the Trades

This year, we donated over $50,000 to trade organizations.

Not because it looks good in a press release. But because trades don’t survive on vibes. They survive on training programs, education, advocacy, and people willing to put real money behind real work.

The industry gave us everything we are. Supporting it isn’t charity – it’s responsibility. And we’re not done.

Off the Hook

On an average day this year, our customer service team answered over 1,000 phone calls.

And every one of those calls got answered by a real human who knows the difference between a minor inconvenience and a job-stopping disaster.

If you called this year—thanks for trusting us with your problem. We don’t take that lightly.

Stacking SKUs on SKUs on SKUs

We added 51,000+ new products this year.

That didn’t happen because we were bored. It happened because you asked for things we didn’t have yet and we listened. Different specs. Different brands. Different solutions for jobs that don’t live in perfect conditions.

More SKUs means fewer compromises. It means you can build your cart with confidence instead of crossing your fingers.

Brand-New Brands (No Fillers, No Freeloaders)

Along with those products came 65 new brands.

We don’t bring brands on lightly. They have to survive real installs, real weather, real pressure.

Some of these names are familiar. Some will be new to you. All of them made the cut because they bring something useful to the table.

200,000 TradeMasters

Somewhere along the way this year, we crossed 200,000 TradeMasters.

If you’re one of them, thank you. Seriously. This thing works because you’re in it.

Track to the Trades

We awarded $25,000 in scholarships to eight rising trade professionals this year.

New careers don’t start with hashtags. They start with opportunity—and someone willing to invest early. These scholarships help cover training, tools, and education so talent doesn’t stall out before it gets moving.

We can’t wait to see where these folks end up. The industry’s better with them in it.

A Positive Influence

We partnered with pros who show the trades as they actually are.

No staged perfection. No fake authority. Just real people doing real work and letting others see what that path looks like. We’ll be highlighting more of them soon, because this industry deserves better representation than stock photos and buzzwords.

Hitting the Road

We hit eight trade shows this year and met over a thousand people face-to-face.

We talked shop. We listened. We heard what’s broken, what’s missing, and what you’re sick of dealing with. Those conversations don’t end when the booths come down—they follow us home and shape what we build next.

If we met you on the road this year, thanks for stopping by. You make this whole thing better.
